Learn the concepts of ISO 9001:2008 through the use of hands-on interactive learning.  This course covers an in-depth, clause by clause review of the Standard.

What you will learn:

• Clause by clause review of the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
• The process approach and how it impacts the use of ISO 9001:2008.
• A practical application of each of the Standard’s clauses.
• How to develop and utilize Turtle Diagrams.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

o       Any member of an ISO 9001:2008 implementation team

o       New internal auditors and experienced auditors that have not attended training in over three years

o       Representatives from key functional groups involved in an organization’s quality management system

o       2-Day session, 8:30AM-4:30PM, Course Fee: $ 700.00.

• Textbooks and handouts are included in the course fee.  Some courses use instructor supplied material.  The fee includes all materials required for the course.  If the class is during the day, morning and afternoon refreshments and lunch is included in the registration cost.
